All orders are processed within 72 hours of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

STANDARD SHIPPING
• Orders $50.00 and above: FREE Shipping
• Orders under $50.00: Flat Rate Shipping of $4.90
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary based on product availability, supplier location, destination, and carrier services.
Most orders are delivered within 5–20 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout whenever available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING DELAYS

• Customs inspections or processing
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Carrier service interruptions

ORDER TRACKING
When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned as undeliverable by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or their international shipping partners may be canceled and refunded after the package has been returned and processed.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Home GoodsEssentials is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
